Nothing to install: book visits and follow treatment progress and dental records for the whole family, right inside Zalo. (The Mini App is in Vietnamese.)

  One Zalo account for the whole family: add your children, partner, parents or grandparents, then book for each of them – just choose “Đặt cho” (Book for) when booking. For a child under 16 in your care, you can open their record to see appointments, dental records and treatment progress.

  Dental records, tooth chart, treatment plan and progress, prescriptions, appointments, loyalty points – all in one place, updated after every visit and available any time.

• Book right in Zalo

  Choose the service, date and time; your name and phone number are already filled in.

• Your appointments at hand

  Upcoming visits with the dentist in charge and their confirmation status, plus your past visits.

• An interactive tooth chart

  Tap any tooth to see what the dentist noted and what treatment it has had.

• Dental records & prescriptions

  Your visits, diagnoses, procedures and prescriptions with dosage – available any time.

• Clear treatment progress

  See what is done, what remains and the cost of each item, sorted by priority: urgent, recommended, can wait.

• Loyalty points & badges

  Earn points after each visit and treatment, collect badges and move up membership tiers.

• Today’s visit & feedback

  Follow each step of your visit – arrival, examination, treatment, payment, aftercare advice – then rate it on your way home.

• QR code check-in

  Scan the code at the front desk and you’re done. The app only asks for any missing details.

• Pay through Zalo

  Pay for your visit in the Mini App once the front desk has issued the receipt.

• Regular check-up streak

  Come for a check-up every six months to keep your streak; the app reminds you when one is due.
